This has been a wonderful year for Underhill Rose. Thanks to you, our Kickstarter campaign was successfully funded, and “Something Real” was released May 31. That was our goal, and we achieved it in the right amount of time.

The success that followed the album’s release surprised us. As you know, radio stations across the country and around the world began playing tracks from “Something Real.” The airplay led to top 25 charting positions on six charts, including a 10-week top 40 run on the Americana Music Association chart that peaked at #18. As a matter of fact, “Something Real” remains in the AMA top 100. To say we have been fortunate is an understatement.

Thanks to the success, we returned to Echo Mountain Recording Studio last week to record a new track. Our brilliant producer, Cruz Contreras, joined us for this session, and we plan to release the new song in time for the holidays. To see photos from the recording session, go here:

We cannot wait for you to hear this new song! Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to do what we love to do. Don’t forget to join our mailing list, all you have to do is follow this link to be added to the list:

Peace, love and chicken grease!
