It is a pretty chilly day in Asheville, and we hope you are keeping warm. We are coming off of a pretty jam-packed weekend, and we have now completed shooting the music video for the first track off of Something Real, “Helpless Wanderer.”

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we want to thank you for all of the support you have provided to get us to this point. We found ourselves stopping at different times throughout the shoot to think about how blessed we are to have the backing of so many wonderful people.

For this shoot, we want to specifically thank these fine people: Aaron Morrell, Jaime Byrd, Scott Duncan, Andy Crespo, Shane Meador, Angela Ramsey, Michelle West, Allison Richardt Oliver, Emmie Fairhead, Lorie Means Holton, Joel Cole, Robert Ryan Burns, Rachel Love Leigh, Teresa Sleeper, Jesse Gentry, Silas Durocher, Darren Green, Tyler Foos and New Belgium Brewery, and the countless others who came out Friday night looking fabulous! We would be remiss if we did not give a special ‘thank you’ to Dawn Medley, Ian Robertson, John Bowers and Officer Duckworth from Molly and Eleanor’s alma mater, Warren Wilson College, and the guys atThe Old Wood Co. for allowing us to shoot on their property. Last, but not least,Paul Schattel, our director, friend and visionary—we are grateful for the work you have done to make “Helpless Wanderer” a reality.

Our friend Calvin Powers of the Americana Music Show just launched episode 167 featuring Underhill Rose. We talk about Something Real, the Asheville music scene, our trip out west, and teaching kids the music of Doc Watson and Libba Cotten at LEAF. This will be something to make Monday more enjoyable (our segment begins around the 33 minute mark):http://goo.gl/UntJkL

As we get closer to Thanksgiving, know that we are thankful for you. This past year has been amazing, and we wish you and your family a wonderful holiday.
